Win Data
We collect and store:
- Your daily wins (up to 5 per day)
- Timestamps of when wins are logged
- Streak information and statistics
- AI-generated summaries of your wins (if you're a premium user)
Usage Information
We automatically collect:
- Device information (browser type, operating system)
- IP address and general location (country/city level)
- App usage patterns and feature interactions
- Error logs and performance data
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the Triumph service
- Track your wins and calculate your streaks
- Generate AI-powered insights and summaries (premium feature)
- Send you notifications about your progress (with your permission)
- Improve our services and develop new features
- Communicate with you about updates and support
- Ensure security and prevent fraud
3. Data Sharing and Visibility
Public vs Private Wins
- Free accounts: Your wins are visible to other users in the community feed
- Premium accounts (coming soon): You'll be able to choose to make wins private or public
- Your streak count is always visible on your public profile
- Email addresses are never publicly displayed
Third-Party Services
We share data with:
- OpenAI: Win content for generating AI summaries (coming with premium tier)
- Authentication providers: OAuth services (Google, Apple) for sign-in
- Analytics services: Aggregated, anonymized usage data
- Payment processors: Billing information for premium subscriptions (coming soon)
We do NOT:
- Sell your personal information to third parties
- Share your private wins with other users
- Use your wins for advertising purposes
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure password storage using bcrypt

- Limited access to personal data by employees
- Secure backup procedures
5. Your Rights and Controls
You have the right to:
- Access and export your win data at any time
- Update or correct your personal information
- Delete your account and all associated data

- Control win visibility (coming with premium tier)
- Request a copy of all data we have about you
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time by:
- Going to your Profile page
- Clicking "Delete my profile" at the bottom
- Following the confirmation steps
Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. When you delete your account:
- You will be immediately logged out
- All your wins, streaks, and summaries will be permanently deleted
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
- Your data will be removed from our active systems immediately
- Residual data may remain in backups for up to 30 days but cannot be restored
- You cannot create a new account with the same email address

6. Data Retention
- We retain your account data for as long as your account is active
- When you delete your account, your data is immediately marked for deletion
- Active data is permanently removed within 24 hours of account deletion
- Backup data may persist for up to 30 days but cannot be recovered
- Aggregated analytics data (without personal identifiers) may be retained indefinitely
7. Children's Privacy
Triumph is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this privacy policy.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Your continued use of Triumph after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
